At Nischala Fashions, we take great pride in delivering high-quality jewelry with impeccable craftsmanship. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

1. Proof of Damage: A parcel opening video is mandatory for processing refunds. The video must:

  • The video should be captured in 360° (From all sides)
  • Start from the moment the package is unopened.
  • Clearly show the unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • Highlight the damage or defect in the product.

2. Timeframe for Request:

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

3. Condition of the Product:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accompanying certificates, tags, and invoices must be intact.

Refund Process

1. Submit a Request:

  • Email us at contact@nischalafashions.in or WhatsApp us at +91 7995963063 with the parcel opening video, order details, and issue description.

2. Review & Approval:

  • Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days and confirm the eligibility.

3. Refund Issuance:

  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days.

Return Eligibility

  1. Proof of Damage:

    • Start from the moment the package is unopened.

    • Clearly display the unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

    • Highlight the damage or defect in the product.

  2. Timeframe for Request:

    • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

    • If the same product is available, it will be shipped within 8-10 business days. Otherwise, a replacement product of the same value will be provided.

    • If neither of the above options is feasible, the amount will be refunded as per the refund process.

  3. Condition of the Product:

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • All accompanying certificates, tags, and invoices must be intact.

Return Process

  2. Review & Approval:
    Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days and confirm the eligibility for return.

  3. Return Shipping:
    If the product is damaged, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  4. Return Processing:
    Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the return as per our policy.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests without a proper unboxing video.
  • Minor color variations due to lighting and screen differences.
  • Damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry pieces.
  • Orders placed during clearance sales or promotional discounts.
